Living the Life Together – Authentic Relationships

What is AWANA?

The AWANA motto is based on II Timothy 2:15 which says, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”  The AWANA clubs are a ministry of the Evanston Alliance Church under a Doctrinal Agreement from AWANA Clubs International, which is a nondenominational service ministry.  Our AWANA leaders are Christians desiring to meet the AWANA goals and help Clubbers and their families put the Bible and Christ at the center of their lives.

AWANA is a group of clubs for children ages two through twelth grades.  The goal of AWANA is to give boys and girls the chance to know, love, and serve God in an atmosphere of pure fun.  It is a proven way for churches to impact their communities and train children for leadership.  Our church sponsors three clubs.  They are Cubbies (ages 3-4), Sparks (grades K-2), and Truth and Training (grades 3-6).

AWANA clubs meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
AWANA clubs will be on break for the summer beginning May 2nd.
